Since the early days of Jojo telling us to 'Get Out' I've been a big major fan. Over the past couple of years she's had some label issues and hasn't been able to release her next studio album. Mag cover | Drake covers The Source [November 2011]

Having recently spent his birthday partying it up in Las Vegas, Young Money's Drake is now on the cover of the November edition of The Source for their annual Power 30 issue. In the interview, the 'Make Me Proud' rapper touches on how he was brought up, as well as who he is inspired by.

“When I was a kid trying to figure out what I liked, it was [Kanye] who I related to the most. He was an artist, in every sense, from his cover art to his music,” Drake says. “Now, I would say he was a really great competitor….”

With the release of his debut album Cole World: The Sideline Story, J.Cole couldn't be in a better place right now with his career. However, the Can't Get Enough rapper is already underway with his sophmore album. In an interview with Hot 106 & Grind's Deanna Cruz and Vezzy Parmesan, Cole touches on how he always had the confidence in his music but didn't know if he could be commercially successful with it. He also gives a shout out to London, which I love! lol

Fresh faced and new to the UK scene is R&B crooner Angel. Real name Sirach Charles, this suave guy is back with a brand new video 'Bottles' off his latest EP 7 Minutes Before Time. This track is definitely one for the clubs and I can see it getting some radio play too. It's also great to see the likes of Scorcher and G Frsh on the track, expect to see big things coming from them too.

Yes! It's that time again, another issue of Flavour is out and we have ~~the one and only~~ Cher Lloyd. Causing a stir (and being the main reason why everyone feels they can rap on this years X-Factor) only one year ago, the young star is definitely on her way to making a name for herself. Love or hate her, she's defintely going to be on everyone's lips in the coming months, with her debut album soon to be released.

In the interview with Flavour Lloyd discusses how she is no longer in contact with previous X-Factor judge and mentor Cheryl Cole, her brand new album Sticks and Stones as well as much much more... If you can't wait to read the digital issue catch the video below.

CMy News | Lioness & Lady Leshurr make MTV's Best Female Emcees list

Last night MTV took to it's Iggy wesbite to state who the hottest Female Emcees are across the globe. What was most surprising, was the appearance of two of the UK's hottest femcees Lady Leshurr and Lioness.

With only twelve cadidates on the list, Lady Leshurr makes it to the number seven spot and MTV stated, "Her baby face and childlike voice only make her razor-sharp rhymes and NSFW language more of a punch in the brain." Well if that isn't a confidence boost I don't know what is? The sheer fact that these Americans even know who she is (as she's highly rated on this side of the pond), is defintitely a statement! Leshurr sure has come a long way from her early days of spitting bars, still unsigned we'll see if this list gives her a boost.

Just missing the number one spot is Lioness, the roarness in her lyrics is in my opionion, one of the reason why she's at the top of this list. MTV says, "Currently the pride of UK hip hop and grime, [she] can bounce over the trickiest beats like a Super Ball and spins a stunning spectrum of lyrical moods – from alluring to terrifying to wacky." Although she did miss the number one spot to Chilean rapper Ana Tijoux, Lioness should still feel as sense of achievement. This is not only big for them, but for the music that Lioness and Lady Leshurr represent and work so hard to bring exposure to - UK music.

Sidenote: If you haven't already check out this remix with Lady Leshurr, Lioness and A.Dot on Ms.Dynamite's Neva Soft for SoulCulture. All four of the ladies smash it and it's great to see them working together. Let's hope that 2012 proves great in more ways the one for all of these talented artists.

Since the end of last year I've been waiting for an official blogger app from Google - well it's finally here and it's actually what I'm using to do this post.

The app's interface is very simple and easy to use. It also syncs with your online drafts, so there's no reason to get a frustrated with copying and pasting from e-mails. You're also able to use the images on your iphone to include in your posts, which is a great technique, as sometimes e-mailing posts means the images come out different. If you have more than one blog, no need to worry as you're able to add those on, with a click of the button.

What's really sad about this new app is that it's taken an extremely long time to arrive, compared to it's counterparts like Wordpress. Unlike the Tumblr where you are able to see posts from all whom you follow as well as update your on blog, this Blogger app only serves as a means to updating your own blog. Let's hope that as time goes on, Google will look to other apps to improve this one as well as bringing in revelutionary ideas.

This will definitely be my new go to app for all of my blogging needs. Loving it right now!

Having already been featured on MTV and The Source magazine's website, 2011 is proving to be a great year for the new rapper. Check out his new video 'Tailormade' which sees Ikes on his way to a date, but has to overcome certain obstacles. Also, the track is produced by Maleek Berry watch out for his name too!

Multi-platinum singer-songwriter Jason Derulo has already made history with his previous single ‘Don’t Wanna Go Home’ reaching the number spot. This is not the first time that the R&B crooner has graced our charts, with his first album he rose to fame with his infectious single ‘In My Head’ and now he’s set to bring it back to the future, with his next album ‘Future History’.

With his next single 'It Girl' already out for release, it will be interesting to see where Derulo goes with this sophomore album. Check out the Collin Tilley directed video below which stars Gossip Girl's Tika Sumpter.

R&B singer Tyrese has taken a some what long hiatus from the music to go on to become an author, actor amongst other things. Well now he's back with the video 'I Got A Chick', which is off his new album 'Open Invitation' out for release later this year. The track also features Young Money's Tyga, showing off his lyrical ability.

Sidenote: It will be interesting to see what his sound will be like on the album, as it's been a few years since we've heard from the star.

Jay-Z and Kanye West's must be very pleased with themselves right now, as their higly anticipated album 'Watch The Throne' has broken an iTunes record. Previously held by rockers Coldplay for their 'Viva La Vida' album, 'Watch The Throne' sold over 290,000 downloads in the first week, as opposed to Coldplay's 282,000 downloads back in 2008.

Well, I guess a round of applause is in order fot the two rappers right?

N-Dubz leave Def Jam and Dappy hits back at the label

After talks from record label Def Jam saying that they dropped N-Dubz, the groups front man Dappy hits back. Check out what he had to say...

Speaking to The Sun the new solo star claimed the group weren't dropped but rather they walked away from the deal. "They might say they've dropped us but we were never going to co-operate with them when they decided to change what we are."

He went on to say, "For them to say they dropped us makes me angry because we just didn't want to change who we are or what we do. We're not just a silly bunch of pop tarts."

After the claims made by Dappy, the label released a statement thereby corroborating Dappy, "N-Dubz have left the Def Jam imprint in the USA due to creative differences over musical direction. This was 100 per cent the band's decision and they remain signed to Universal worldwide."

N-Dubz are currently on a break, as each member endeavours into new projects like Dappy's solo career and Tulisa as the new X-Factor (UK) judge.

Kelly Rowland covers the latest Vibe magazine... I don't get it - I don't see why Ms Rowland would need to take her clothes off, it comes across as a desparate plea for help. But the joke is things are very much on the come up for this ex-Destiny's Child singer her X-factor gig, show stopping performance at this years BET awards plus everything else this talented lady is doing. *sigh*

Sidenote: With all that said I will be sure to pick up this issue, I've been slacking when it comes to all of my US mags so I will be correcting this in the next couple of weeks, when they finally make their way to this side of the pond.

Peep this: It's been confirmed that Rowland will be going on tour with C.Breezy yes Chris Brown! WOW! That tour sounds crazy.

My boys over at Decibel Soup recently sat down with Maverick Sabre. In the interview he talks about touring with Hip-Hop legend Snoop Dogg and more. One of my favourite parts of the interview is when budding journalist Errol Anderson asked the singer, what is his favourite soup Sabre replied "Irish Nettle Soup, through a bit of Guiness and we're alright".

On The Rise with Ra'ed Poetical

Mr Poetical or known to his friends as Ra’ed is an all round writer, journalist, PR exec and also an author – there is nothing that this guy touches that doesn’t turn to gold. Having already interviewed the likes of UK’s finest N-Dubz and smooth operator Trey Songz, there’s more to come from this young journalist, who’s on his way to the top.

What is your passion?

I’d say writing. I know many people would say the same thing, but sincerely, it’s the only thing I believe I’m good at.

How did you get into journalism?

It kind of embraced me rather than me going into it. If I had to pin point a specific moment though, I’d say 2009. I was just the average student looking for a place to write and Annika Allen from Flavour Magazine happened to like my writing, she responded by welcoming me to the team, (much love to you my sis!). From there, I got work experience at Atlantic Records, then did an internship with Urban Development, got into RWD Magazine, now MTV: The Wrap Up! [I’m] very blessed!

What advice do you have for anyone that would like to get into journalism?

Keep writing until your hand gets tired and then some! Never knock someone or something just because it is not “known”. Everyone starts from somewhere, if you have to interview MC Badman from Dalston (made that up) go do it! You never know, what that one interview with MC Badman could reveal.

Describe an average day in your life?

I’m a banker from 9 – 5, once leaving the office at 6, I’ll rush home, write articles for whatever publication or transcribe a previous interview, hit the submit button, grab my I-Pad and go interview a random celebrity, come home & sleep!

Who has been the best person you've interviewed to date and why?

The best person so far –Trey Songz. I’m not a huge Trey fan personally, but his modesty, friendliness and professionalism was just overwhelming! So he definitely won me over! Despite the fact he put me in a headlock after the interview! [What a] madness!

Other than journalism do you have any other interests?

I’m actually the most non-cliché poet/journalist you’ll meet. You’d think I’d sit under a tree with my guitar whilst writing, but instead you’ll catch me drunk on the floor at a club talking to my hands – I love to rave. But other than this [journalism] I do my poetry and have recently launched my own website PardonMyBlog.co.uk – where I am the Editor for five bloggers posting about a whole variety of topics!

What is the biggest thing you'd like to achieve with your writing? Achieve an award, write for a particular magazine?

An award for my writing would be amazing as I have worked really hard, it would just be a salute to everything I’ve worked for. I still have a long way to go and God willing I will get there… By any means necessary – Malcolm X.

What's next for you?

More interviews! More articles! More alcohol… Okay just a little.

It seems the guys over at GQ magazine have no love for C.Breezy - but what's new? Can't a guy catch a break lol. Just the other day Chris Brown fans asked staff over at the mag when would the F.A.M.E singer be on the cover of the prestigious mag. They replied:

“Might be a while. It is Gentlemen’s Quarterly, after all, not Ironically-Named-Magazine-That-Knowingly-Puts-Domestic-Abusers-On-It’s-Cover Quarterly”

Ouch! Seems that even with a no.1 album Breezy can't catch a break and move on from the past that continuously seems to be haunt him.

She's a marketer by day but by night Ondo Lady (formally known as Ronke Adeyemi) is fierce with her laptop in hand, blogging about all things Pop Culture! Starting her blog back in 2007 - when it wasn't the "in" thing to do - she's now one of the best blogs from this side of the pond. I caught up with her to get her expertise on blogging and more...

Did you ever think blogging would become so popular?

No. It actually amazes me how the whole thing has taken off and that some bloggers are like rock stars - getting FROW (front row of the fashion shows) treatment. I am even hearing about bloggers getting agents to broker their deals. Impressive huh?

What is it like being some of the few bloggers who get to go to the Look Show during London Fashion Week?

Oh it was fabulous! All credits go to Kaydine from Mission PR who really looked after us and made sure that we had a good time. This was my third time and it was as good as ever - champagne reception with makeovers and then the actual show was wonderful with all the looks for the next season.

How did you get into blogging?

I got into blogging around four years as an outlet for my creativity and writing. I have always wanted to write and started life as a journalist and had my own online magazine, but later went into marketing. However, I felt the itch to write so when blogging came into the foray I decided it would be a perfect vehicle for me.

How did you decide on the title ‘The Musings Of Ondo Lady?

The name of my blog is quite personal on a cultural level musings are my thoughts and perspectives on things. Ondo is a town in Nigeria where my parents are from, I thought I would use it in a way to honour them.

How do you maintain being on the cutting edge of the blogging/online world?

I read avidly - other blogs, websites, magazines, books [and] listen to the radio. I get ideas from anywhere and everywhere - adverts on the tube, snatched conversations and from Twitter.

What's the biggest challenge you face when blogging, if any?

Making sure I have a unique point of view, I try not to regurgitate what other bloggers have written and try find my own voice. After all this is why people go to blogs so they can get a different perspective.

How have you utilised the internet to create a following for your blog?

Well I am on Twitter - a lot, in fact it would be safe to say that I am rather addicted to it. I also have a Facebook fanpage but I am yet to gage how effective it is in getting traffic to my site. I also try and comment on different blogs.

How do you manage updating your blog and your day job of being in Marketing?

I just make the time. Normally I blog in the evenings and weekends but my BlackBerry is great for making notes in.

What other blogs do you follow?

Oh god, so many to mention. Girl With a Satchel, Disney Roller Girl, Coco's Tea Party, Brown Girl Gumbo, KarlismyUnkle, Fantasy Ride, Mad News, The Cocoa Diaries.

What is your passion?

Brit boy Jay Sean is having major success in the States right now - ever since he joined the YMCMB (Young Money Cash Money) team he's been unstoppable! Now he's set for even more chart success with the release of his latest video 'Hit The Lights' which features 'Six Foot Seven Foot' rapper Lil' Wayne.

Sidenote: My initial feeling about this track totally changed by the end of the video. I was going to go on a rant about this R&B/Dance fused but this track surprisingly works. It's catchy and will get a lot more people knowing about the young star!

Music | Miguel is a 'Sure Thing' [video]

I love finding out about new artists and when I heard Miguel on 'All I Want Is You' - which features man of the moment J.Cole - I was fully intrigued by Miguel's voice and looks. But ever since I saw the video for his track 'Sure Thing' it has been on heavy rotation! The song is obviously a departure from what is the norm of today - dance filled tracks fused with R&B melodies, so it came not only as a surprise but is encouraged! Big thumbs up!

Sidenote: I hope he'll be making his way over to this side of the pond, as I'm sure I'm not the only one who is a fan!

Music | Nelly & Kelly reunite for 'Gone' [video]

Reminiscent of their previous 2002 hit 'Dilemma' Nelly and Kelly Rowland unite, for this soft mid-tempo track. 'Gone' is lifted off Nelly's most recent album '5.0' and was produced by Jim Jonsin. Speaking to Us magazine Rowland explained about trying to look sexy in the video "I get to rock a fabulous black sexy cutaway bathing suit with a cute striped blazer. I am rolling around on a chaise, tryin to be as seductive and sexy as I can without ruining any of my wardrobe." Well, she sure does look fab in the video, and so does Nelly. Whether it's better than their original duet only time will tell, as I'm sure this track will grow on me.

Ikes: The way the game is now, the new guys forget and don't show respect to the old guys. However, the old guys don't move with the times, but what they don't realise is that they have to in order to stay relevant.

If you haven't heard of new group Encore then sure to within the next six months! The London based group comprises of Cairo, Pierre and Mark and are a Hip Hop, Pop and R&B trio. Earlier today they released the video for their next track 'Cold/Pretender' and it's actually a decent track. I'm waiting to see more from this young group as I think they're tipped for success!

For months Kim Kardashian has been teasing us about her ~~collaboration~~ single with producer/singer The Dream 'Turn It Up'. It was released only a few minutes ago and it's been getting mixed reviews. Personally, I'm a BIG fan of the Kardashian ~~brand~~ family, however music is very precious to me and I don't think the two should mix! Music | Ghetts 'Who's On The Panel?' [video]

As a freelance journalist it's my job to give an informed opinion on today's issues. This was the plight of the music execs who were on the panel of MTV's (first ever show) Top MC's of 2010.

Over the weekend MTV's panel had to discuss the Top MC's - note it was Top MC's of 2010 not One's To Watch for 2011! Well, unfortunately for rapper Ghetts his name didn't even make the list and this has obviously caused some upset for the rapper. The joke is that each of the journalists (my fav' being Hattie Collins lol) and UK music execs had a very difficult job and weren't going to please everyone!

Once the show aired it created an uproar of different MC's throwing their toys out the pram and not being happy with the final list. Unfortunately or fortunately depending on how you look at this, it's still causing some upset and more specifically it's caused rapper Ghetts to make a video in response to this list.

So do you agree with Ghetts, or should there be other names on the list?

How did the panel decide who made the list:

The Best Of The Best: UK MCs 2010 was a list designed to shed light on the achievements of 10 MCs from last year, and last year only. The list was compiled as follows; each panel member, and additional music industry professionals who weren’t available for filming, submitted a list of 10 nominations for whom they felt were the best MCs of 2010, based on the following criteria:

· Buzz – Which MCs created the most attention online, on radio, on TV and in the streets?

· Impact – Who were the most successful? Which MCs influenced the scene commercially and on the underground?

· MCing ability - Whose lyrics, flow, delivery and content were the best?

· Acclaim - Which MCs got the most ratings from DJs, journalists, critics and the fans?

· Swagger - Which MCs set trends, introduced new styles and sounds, as well as elevating themselves to new levels?

Once all the lists were compiled, all the names were averaged and scored. MCs got points from 1-10 for their positioning on each of the panels lists and bonus points for how many times they appeared on a single list.

So who made the final cut? Did your favourite MC make the Top Ten?

Not many can say that they've worked with some of the UK's best TV production companies, interviewed some of the hottest stars and delivered a spoken word piece that affected the lives of all those who heard it.

Well this is all in a days work for this ON THE RISE star. Meet 23year old Amber Phresh Mentality, who is a freelance production assistant/researcher currently working for production company Whizz Kid - putting together some of the sketches for BBC's Red Nose Day. So what is it like working in your dream job?

What is your passion?

Using my imagination to create ideas or a vision for something, then using my skills to make it a reality, - be it poetry, art, film, nails, crafts, anything!

How did you get into the TV industry?

I went to Bournemouth University and graduated with a Bachelors degree in Television Production. During my course I did quite a few work experience placements at various production companies and when I graduated, I was lucky enough to get a 6 month contract with Endemol as Production Runner on 'Snog, Marry Avoid'.

Describe an average day in your life?

No day is really the same, especially as a freelancer because you could be working on a show one day, then your contract ends and you’re doing something completely different the next. However, at the moment I’m working on a celebrity dance programme for the BBC where I’m part of the team that makes all of the intro comedy sketches for the contestants. It’s a busy schedule so I’ll be in the office some days, planning shoots and casting extras or finding things like costumes, locations, whatever is needed really. All of this work then builds up to the shoot day when we will be on location filming everything. We’re often working on about 3 shoots at once though, so it’s hectic!

What TV programmes do you watch? Are there any secret TV shows you watch that most people don't know about?

It’s funny because when you work in TV, you don’t really get any time to watch it! I do watch the odd programme here and there but what I’m really into is American sitcoms & dramas. Those are my vice. I’m an avid watcher of 'Desperate Housewives', 'Pretty Little Liars' and '30 Rock'. I also like documentary series; at the moment I’m loving 'Big Fat Gypsy Weddings' and my little secret pleasure would probably be Nature programmes - I love 'Animal Planet'.

What is your dream job?
My idea of a dream job changes all the time, as I feel like I’m always trying something new that I end up falling in love with. Ultimately though, I’d love to be working for myself or with a boutique creative agency, making programmes, promos and music videos etc as well as specialising in online social media and marketing.

What is the worst thing about working in TV?

I guess one of the worst things about working in TV can be the irregular hours. When you’re working on a studio-based show, like a chat show or entertainment show, you can sometimes be working 15 hour days. One of the longest days I’ve had so far was an 8am start and 2am finish the next day! That was a tough one, but it’s always nice when you have good team morale and can get through it together.

What have you learned about yourself?
I’ve learned a lot about myself: my work ethic and stamina, but I’ve also learned to know my limits and to put my health and wellbeing first. Learning that saying ‘no’ is sometimes the sensible answer is a valuable piece of knowledge.

What advice do you have for anyone else that would like to get into TV?

You definitely have to have a passion for this job. A lot of hard work and perseverance is needed but it does pay off. As with any job, you get good days when you love it and bad days when you ask yourself why you do it, but when you see your name in the credits, you realise why you wanted to do this job in the first place!

What was the best advice someone gave you about getting into the TV industry?

That it’s all about networking! This industry, like most others, is really based on who you know. As a freelancer you’re always looking for your next contract, so having good contacts who will push work your way is a huge help. It’s always nice to have a mentor who might take you under their wing too, as you can learn a lot from their experiences.

Handy Tip:
One thing I’d say to any runners or people wanting to work in TV; be nice to the Production Managers and Coordinators as they’re the ones that will think about you for future jobs!

Other than TV do you have any other interests?

Most definitely! I love to write poetry and I perform my stuff at various events around London. Last year I started doing nail art on myself and now I do it as a little sideline business for when I’m in between contracts or have some spare time (check out www.phreshpaints.com). I also write for some online publications and enjoy writing in my own blog when I have something to say!

Original Star In The Hood Tinchy Stryder is back with his third single 'Let It Rain' which features Canadian singer Melanie Fiona. With Tinchy's first two singles not even making it into the top ten, I'm sure this is his great effort to cement his position as one of the UK's biggest rappers. Like his previous singles for example 'Number 1' this melody lead chorus is the saving grace of the track as it's bellowed out by the fabulous Melanie Fiona. Showing a more softer side and something we haven't seen from him, it's great to see Tinchy pushing the boundary and trying something new - whether it will pay off only time will tell. Just last year when I interviewed Melanie, she mentioned about this collaboration and it's a great effort - it's definitely not what I was expecting but in a good way. The video unfortunately doesn't bring the WOW factor that I would like or was expecting but it is a decent track one that I'm sure will get some radio play.

When it comes to the debate of single mothers and their kids I'm neither for or against this. You might think that it's just me being chicken but I can see the benefits of having a ~~STABLE~~ father figure in a kids life . However, not everyone is blessed to be given a father who will support them regardless of the situation (with the mother or any thing else that crops up in life.)

Alesha Dixon has been working very hard in the studio and now she’s back with her latest video for ‘Drummer Boy’. This latest single is off her new album which is due later this year.

“This single, for me, is an event. When you hear the drums it makes you want to move. It’s an empowering song where the women are on top! It felt like the perfect song to kick start the album with” says Dixon about her new single.

New film: Takers UPDATED

Check out this new film Takers that will be hitting out cinema screens real soon. I'm a BIG fan of gangsta films so I def going to watch this in the cinema when it comes out over here. The film also stars T.I, Fast and Furious Paul walker, Matt Dilon and recent controversial star Chris Brown. Maybe this is the kind of thing that Chris Brown needs to take off the attention from that very night that happened in February with him and Rihanna. Anyway, it looks a lil' low budget to me so we'll see how well it does in it's opening week. Anyone else find it weird to hear Idris Alba aka Stringer from The Wire with an english accent? lol I know he's from the UK but I always hear him with American one.

Earlier today Nicki Minaj premièred the video for her second single of her highly anticipated debut album. The track has already reached the number 18 spot in the Billboard chart. However, for the REAL Minaj fans this track will be somewhat old. The track isn't something new or fresh but rather it's been given a new look and concept by presenting us with a video for a track that was off her mixtape. Her debut album is set to be out on November 23rd 2010. Let's just hope the album has a lot more new tracks otherwise she'll upset and disappoint the fans who got her to where she is.

In the news: Wesley Snipes faces jail time

Actor Wesley Snipes will be facing up to three years in prison after loosing his appeal for his conviction of tax offences. Snipes is known for films such as Blade, White Men Can't Jump and Passenger 57 but now the actor will have to spend time behind a jail cell rather than in front of a film camera. Snipes was found guilty in February 2008 for deliberately failing to file tax returns in 1999, 2000 and 2001. He's already been cleared of more serious charges like fraud and conspiracy.

Rumour Mill: Snoop Dogg to appear on Glee

Since it's conception Glee has taken the hearts and minds of all with only a few adversaries. Now with the third season soon to be aired (hopefully soon my Monday nights are so boring without it) there is a lot of speculation of what or should I say who will appear in the next season.

There are now talks that the 'Gin and juice' rapper Snoop Dogg will be taking part in the next season. Although it hasn't been confirmed by the shows producers Cory Monteith (Finn) seems to believe that it'll happen "I'm pretty sure he is going to do Glee. That would be really cool." he told News of the World.

If this is going to happen I'm going to waiting to watch this episode. Unfortunately I wasn't a fan of the Madonna one but it's Glee and I'm slightly biased lol. Who do you think should appear in the next season?

Leonardo DiCaprio is mos def one of the best actors of this generation. Yes you didn't read that wrong i actually said it! lol Seriously, I like the films he chooses to take part in. He's very selective and you don't see him everywhere. Anyway I digress, Inception is out July 16th (here in the UK) and I'm putting this on my hitlist for this summer (alongside Grown Ups).

I'm a big fan of Chris Rock and when I heard that he was in this new film called Grown Ups I was was very intrigued by the title as well as what it had to offer. The film is about five friends who are brought together by the passing of their Coach who then go on a Fouth of Juky weeknd holiday together. The film looks hilarious and also stars a lot of hollywood actors including: David Spade and Rob Schneider. This is on my hit list for summer. UK release date: 6th August

The was one major thing I wanted to achieve this year regarding my career and just challenging myself to take things to the next level. This was came true just yesterday! I was and still am uber excited when I heard the news and if I'm truthfully honest it's only now starting to sink in.

I can't reveal the news just yet but I will very soon. Just know that things have mos def been taken up a notch when it comes to me and my love for journalism.

Diddy + Dirty Money on Jonathan Ross [performance + interview]

When it comes to mogul/artist P.Diddy I don't really have an opinion on him or what he does. I would definitely say that I enjoyed the high days of the label Bad Boy but now it seems (after much highs and lows within his personal and business life) Diddy is taking it back to the music, his first love.

Just yesterday Diddy Dirty Money (which apparently is the correct way of saying the group) went on to UK talk show Friday Night with Jonathn Ross. The interview was hilarious! With host (Jonathan Ross) not only commenting on Mary J.Blige's rear end but also shaming Diddy for his ridiculous name changes. Peep the video below:

WOW! It's been a while since I've given an update with all that's been happening in my life. Right now I'm in a very good place with all of the writing I'm doing at the moment. First things first, expect to see a lot more of my work on here. With all the interviews I've been doing, it would be great to hear some feedback from you guys on what you like and even dislike about the interviews and features.

Next I'm now one of the few working for MTV's new blog: The Wrap Up. It's a brand new blog that not only showcases great talent but it's a great place to get your "Urban" news too. Just so you know I actually DETEST the word "Uban" but that's a whole 'nother blog post lol. It's only been about one month but I've already interviewed: Janelle Monae, Fugative and I'm interviewig Melanie Fiona tomorrow (which I might add I'm totally haps about because I've been a fan of hers for ages!)

I've also had the chance to interview Nathan. He's looking to make his mark within the UK industry (again). I caught up with him for The Wrap Up so peep the interview below:
