What does hip-hop mean to you?
Maleek Berry:
It means a lot! Hip-hop to me is a culture and a lifestyle. It influences the way that I dress and sometimes the way that I talk. I like the fact that this culture started off in this small place is so huge now.

Do you think there is a barrier between old school rappers and the new school ones?
Ikes:
The way the game is now, the new guys forget and don't show respect to the old guys. However, the old guys don't move with the times, but what they don't realise is that they have to in order to stay relevant.
